Family Custom Builders uses a business model where they set subs up at the project site then disappear. There is no oversight and no project plan that subs are aware of, so order of operations is often wrong. For example: tile done before electrical rough in. Attention to detail is not there, and disrespect for our property became a large issue. Quality was poor and many reworks and workarounds were needed due to material shortages caused by scrap. Perhaps our full kitchen remodel was a larger job than they typically take on? We are still dealing with poor workmanship issues months after we closed our project off to them.

We are sorry things did not go completely as planned. All pictures posted above was not how we delivered project. Customer changed mind of location of multiple outlets throughout project also due to coding after project was accepted. Only time we were not there was while we were waiting for inspections. Lastly we treated property with outmost respect we asked before starting please remove all objects from kitchen before start date and everything was taken except for an old chair and cupboard.

We value quality over quantity. We also stick the original pricing as best as we can even with alterations.

We first reach out and get to know them personal and schedule an in person meeting, we then go through the whole project and write up a proposal, once the customer accepts we are there every step of the way from start to finish. Once project is complete we always follow up to make sure customer is still happy and see if there is anything we can help them with.
