I had missy over to help me with clutter that accumulated from having my first child followed by a few injuries. It was quite a pile of mess mostly new items stick piled and lots of clothes due to not being able to hang and sort. Missy came in and got right to work. The is a friendly kind person, I recommend if your looking for someone who you can trust and who don’t mind doing work. I did feel it was quite overpriced. After looking at the before and after and just being in the room I felt for 240$ a lot more would have been done. She charges by the hour regardless of the project. I also can say if I had a plan maybe it would have been better also, so maybe plan out how and where you want the stuff prior to having her arrive. If you have the funds and want to get job done she is your girl. She has great ideas as well if you don’t , she’s done this professionally for years she explained. I would also like to add she is great with kids she interacted well with my 18 month old.

Melissa was so great to work with. This is the first time hiring an organizer to help me unpack and put together my new house. There is no way I could have done this without her. She really understands how things function and the most efficient way to arrange things. I could not be more pleased with her work. She was so friendly and easy to work with. I also hired her husband as well. Not only was he great at helping with the unpacking and organizing, but his handyman skills were so helpful. This was the best and easiest move I have ever made. Melissa was the key!!

Missy is great . Her attention to detail is top notch. She's patient, kind and thoughtful with your items and space. My feedback is you get value for your money when you help her sort out the clothes. You know your clothes, what fits and what doesn't. Once that is sorted out, she sails through separating them so you can have your space back , feel light and have clarity too. Definitely recommend her. You should schedule when you have time at least the first hour or 2, to give directions on what to keep, what to donate, what to throw away. She gladly takes the donation with her. Leaves no mess behind.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I wanted to tell my future clients that if you instant book me and cancel. If you cancel your instant booking I will have to start charging 50.00 cancelation fee. almost all of my instant bookings cancel and it is getting to expensive to have to keep paying out of pocket. thank you for your understanding. Missy
