FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free estimates, even for new customers. I typically apply discounts and waive fees (travel fee, quote fee, service fee) based on the job. I can't remember a time I did not end up applying some form of a discount. I also always run promos and throw ins. They're always a nice little add on, however if I told you what they were, it would ruin the fun of it. My hourly rate is negotiable, however I typically do my best to price things based on the full scope of work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get how busy life gets and sometimes the last thing you need is some contractor off the street who doesn't respect you, your time, or property. I offer quick responsiveness, and the utmost consideration to you, your time and schedule. I'm always open to assisting customers to obtain the best and most headache free process as possible. I'm more than willing to assist with input, advice, or suggestions throughout the process and help guide you in the appropriate direction to meet your needs. Even if you end up not needing me for your project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed 4 years of electrical school, 2 years of business management, OSHA10, confined space training and numerous other construction safety trainings. My resume includes years of experience involving specialty lightning systems, power distribution, troubleshooting and everything in-between. I also lead projects in the field of the service division at Nappa Electrical Contractors. These projects typically take place at Life Science Facilities (Laboratories, Biotech, Pharmaceutical Research Facilities). Through this I’ve realized the importance of Fire Alarm Systems and Life Safety, both of which have become my main day to day focus.
