I live out if state and my tenants were complaining that enough heat was not generated in the apt. I thought great, this is going to be a colossal headache and expense. I called Faith and he responded within 15 min which I greatly appreciated. I booked a time on his calendar for the next day. He was communicative and very responsive about what needed to be done. He even walked me through some technical details of how my furnace worked ( who knew🤣) and what he was going to do to fix the problem. 3 hrs later the work was finished. I WOULD HIRE FAITH 💯 in the future and will recommend to anyone needed heat repair services.

Thank you so much! My Nest Thermostat was suddenly broken, and it was getting cold. Faith very kindly took extra time to visit me and fix it. It has been about two weeks, and everything is working beautifully! He not only solved the issue but also explained what the problem was. He was very punctual and friendly, provided excellent communication and a good price, and was outstanding in every aspect. The engineer is professional and kind. The hot water heating system at home started making noises, and the engineer’s appointment was scheduled very promptly. He arrived on time and quickly identified the root cause of the issue on-site. He began adjusting the heating pressure and performing drainage work. His judgment and analysis were both reasonable and accurate, and he patiently explained the cause of the problem and how to prevent it from happening again. Due to time constraints today, he promised to assist with other issues requiring additional materials during his next visit.
