I contacted them and they got back to me right away. They were able to schedule a repair right away. They arrived on time were able to diagnose the problem, they explained the situation, made the necessary repairs, and charged a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again! Oh, and they didn’t leave a mess.

WHAT AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY. really - responded in 5-10 minutes to my request. came the next day. diagnosed the problem in minutes. turned down the repair since it was cheaper to replace the appliance. and recommended what to buy. COULD YOU ASK FOR MORE?!?!?

Response time was fast. Ernie came out to repair my French door freezer on a Wednesday. He let me know a part was needed for the repair. The part came in and my freezer was repaired by Friday.

If you can think of a superlative, it likely apples. C&E is exactly what a repair service should be. Communication was quick and professional. They were right on time, confirmed the diagnosis and installed the part he had pre-ordered. He was good with kids, efficient, and even payment was easy. I cannot recommend C&E strongly enough. Hands down the best repair service I have used, and we will definitely use for any appliance issue we have in the future.
