Quickly responsive and on the job! Unfortunately my appliance was beyond repair (15 years old), but every step was taken to diagnose, even getting in touch with factory. I felt a new gas stove was the better answer. I definitely would call them again for any issues. Ernie was the best… straightforward and truthful. Even assisted with recommendations for purchasing new appliance. My thanks.

The Pro was able to respond quickly and diagnosed a bad compressor in my 4 yr old fridge. I appreciated his honesty in advising me it was not worth the repair cost and to get a new fridge. He offered his recommendations and suggestions. Although no actual repair took place, I felt his knowledge and experience answered my questions and I was confident in his assessment. Bought a new fridge the next day. I would recommend.

Amazing service. Came to fix my fridge and was upfront and showed me exactly why it was completely unfixable. Recommended the best way to go for a new one and what brands he sees the least to repair. He was so quick to respond and right on time. Worth every penny even though I had to get a new fridge.

I contacted them and they got back to me right away. They were able to schedule a repair right away. They arrived on time were able to diagnose the problem, they explained the situation, made the necessary repairs, and charged a fair and reasonable price. I will definitely use them again! WHAT AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY. really - responded in 5-10 minutes to my request. came the next day. diagnosed the problem in minutes. turned down the repair since it was cheaper to replace the appliance. and recommended what to buy. COULD YOU ASK FOR MORE?!?!?
