A++ experience with an outfit new to Thumbtack. We asked Matt's company to assess our roofing and found we needed a replacement of about 70% (we confirmed we did, too, after seeing the sorry state of the old shingles). Matt & Co. were fantastic from the quoting process right thru to job completion -- which they did in nearly one day! Matt is a rare find in that he's truly understanding of bugetary concerns and not only amended our initial quote to better fit, but offered an even more forgiving solution to consider. You can easily tell he and his people know their stuff and our new roof looks great! We discovered later that they went above and beyond what we even expected. Additionally, we found them responsive and friendly, all job debris was throughly cleaned up, and even our request to remove shoes when coming inside was heeded without question or repeating. Matt also told us not to hesitate to let him know any issues with the work and he would come right out to address. When we asked about other projects besides masonry and roofing, the reply was "everything but landscaping". :) We have a 145yo home and plan to have them back for many more projects. If you hate shopping around for contractors as much as we do and look to extend your loyalty once you find a good match, Matt Nelson is a keeper -- thanks guys!!
