We have used Allied Construction on several projects - a deck reconstruction project that our first contractor totally messed up - it was Allied Construction to the rescue! The second was remodeling our dated 90's kitchen and bringing into this century. The owner, Mike Scarale, was very easy to work with, very acceptable of input and ideas, and was willing work with us when we hit budget limitations. Allied paid close attention to detail - and we appreciate the extra effort! When I approached Mike about a kitchen island idea, he brought me the island of my dreams! It's a beautiful spot light piece in our new kitchen that we love. We will be calling on Allied for all of our future construction & remodeling projects!

The job was delayed multiple times. You did not show up when we expected you, we had to have to have you return to paint over spots that you missed and you didn’t cover the stone patio below our deck and dripped paint not only on our stone patio but also on patio furniture. You did not correctly estimate the amount of paint you would need, and we needed our screen door repaired again with 2 weeks of your repair. I was not happy with the service we received and gave a review based on that service. Guess that makes me a difficult customer 🤷♀️

Firstly the delays were do to the weather, there was nothing I could do about that. As far as the missed spots are concerned that happens, it is difficult to see in the bring sun at times. But I did come right back and take care of it. And I did have plastic down when I was rolling the deck. That may have happened when I was doing the railings, I didn't notice. Had you informed me I would have come back and cleaned the spots. As for the screen I did the best I could with that. The adage that the customer is always right doesn't ring true here. You received a good job for a very good price. Which I believe is why I had gotten the job in the first place. In my opinion your only real complaint should be the delays, which for the most part were out of my control. I am sorry that you weren't happy, unfortunately everyone is not always satisfied no matter what you do!
