John did my fan install for me last week. He’s from my town so I was happy to keep the money local. John is an excellent guy, up front and honest about everything. He did everything he said he was going to do. We are extremely happy with the project and we will hire him for something else in the future.

John did a great job replacing an outdoor fan and hanging an antique chandelier that has been in my family for 3 generations. He is quick on the job, knows the business, and is a great communicator. John shows both attention to detail in the work as well as in the customer service dept, by confirming appointments and checking in with important questions while he's on the job. I will absolutely hire him again when I need more electrical work on the house. So glad to have found a good electrician in the area!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
2 hour minimum will be charged for any job that takes less than 2 hours to complete. Quoted hourly rate will apply to jobs more than three hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with a customer to look at the job for a no cost assesment of the project. This gives me a better idea of what is needed for material and how long the project will take. Then the home owner and i will schedule a time to return and complete the job.
