Jake got back to us really fast. He's easy to reach through Thumbtack. He came and spent a long time diagnosing the problem with our LG french door refrigerator and only charged for the service fee - not all the time he was here. He's ordering a part and already gave us a quote for the work. And we expect the repair will happen very quickly.

The entire experience went very smoothly. Repairman came promptly and on time, accurately diagnosed the problem with our water dispenser, and came back to finish the job as soon as he received the replacement part. Very polite and professional throughout.
