Pratishta is an excellent teacher . She gives very precise instruction, gives a lot of attention to detail and very gently corrects my poses which makes all the difference and allows me experience a whole new level of what I am capable to do. With her soothing voice she can transport my mind to a different mental space. I feel very lucky I found such a great teacher.

Pratishtha is a wonderful and highly skilled experienced yoga teacher. She possess deep rooted knowledge on Indian Yogic practices and has a warm humble personality, highly needed for a yoga guru or teacher. She uses a culture-neutral and body-positive teaching language , that could make anyone easily comfortable . I specially love the start and ending routines in her class.
