Christiano is a true professional. Great communication and responsive during the whole project. I was literally on a plane to Thailand and he said he couldn’t make the appt that day. Like a professional he called the tenant to make arrangements for another day. He even picked up the toilet from Home Depot for me to install. I greatly appreciated him being proactive and responsible. Really took the stress off my trip. I would hire him back in a NYC minute and will be using his services in the future!
