- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contact us for pricing if you have multiple pets you would like us to sit for so we can customize a quote for you tailored to your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do an initial consultation via a phone call or a video call to assess your needs and the needs of your pet(s). If I am local I am also open to stopping by to say hello and meet your pets so they are acclimated before our visits commence. It's important to me that written instructions along with the pet's schedule are provided along with contacts for vet and emergency members.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional house and pet sitter for 7+ years (5 years in Dallas, 2 years traveling internationally). I have also owned two Great Pyrenees, and cats in my lifetime.
