- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't typically respond with a fixed price and that's simply because there is a lot that goes into how we develop our menus and in the ways that we customize them to suit the needs of our clients. Pricing can be found by viewing any attachments we may have provided and also by visiting our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always enjoy building new relationships with people. Our customers are what drive us, inspire us, and they're the reason we're in this business in the first place. Typically we like to evaluate what the customers' needs are so that we can deliver something to them that will exceed their expectations. This can be done via phone interaction, email, or in a more personal setting such as a meet and greet in our offices.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our kitchen staff is lead by our Executive Chef, Anne Wright, who has over 30 years experience in the industry. She has been with us for much of that time. Her expertise is invaluable to our business and the passion of her staff is a reflection of her high standards for quality and execution. The front of the house is equally as passionate for all things food and hospitality. From the sales team to the waitstaff and everyone in between, Chez Josef strives to go above and beyond to ensure our customers' satisfaction with everything.
