- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
WEDDINGS & ELOPEMENTS When we are working with a new customer we will first have a brief phone call and go over their needs to be sure we're the right fit for them. Once we've collected a few details such as their date/venue and get an idea of what they're looking for, if we are a great fit we will set up a video call that allows us to meet face to face, share some laughs, go through our packages together and answer any questions they may have. Once booked, we set up their engagement session if they are doing one and we guide our clients with multiple follow ups as we get closer to their wedding day.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do you have a date and location/venue picked out? Approximately how many hours of coverage would you like from the photographers? How important is the photography coverage to you? What will you be basing your decision on when choosing your photographer?
