- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very flexible and willing to work with customers as best as possible. We will always try to make recommendations that may save the customer money. Our job is to make sure the customer is just as comfortable with the cost as they are in the work performed. If either cost or performance makes a customer uncomfortable then we are not delivering what we need to our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Treat all customers like one would treat their family or friends. Always stay professional and have fun. A man who enjoys his work, never works a day in his life, and his work becomes an art.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training came from being an installation technician. That training solidified as I managed a tech company for the last years. Experience with home entertainment systems has become second nature.
