I leaked my roof from where the chimney was located. When I bought the house, the seller had an issue with the leak, but it has been repaired. About one year into owning my home, the leak started returning, so I went to Thumbtack and got someone to fix it. It's been two years, and the leak is back again and at the same place. I reached out to multiple pros on thumbtack, and Top Dog was A) the only one who asked to look inside the attic and B) Offered a solution for a permanent fix, not just a band-aide. They came out in a group and finished all the work in one day. I have not had an issue since, and I feel great about potentially not having this issue for another two years. The crew at Top Dogs is professional and detailed and offers solutions.
