Odie Wells was very professional, answered my call quickly, was punctual on the job, did a beautiful job repairing my aluminum siding, and left my place clean, when all was completed. I would definitely call him for anything in the future.

Great experience working with Odie. He repaired/replaced some damaged siding and tore out and rebuilt an enclosed porch. He is responsive, knowledgeable, does quality work, and is very thorough. I would hire again and would recommend to others

Everything was great with Odie from the quick response to my initial request to him coming out and looking at everything that was causing my roof leak issues. He worked with me on the estimate to make sure it stayed within my budget. He showed up promptly and completed all repairs in one day. I am very pleased. So far no problems at all and everything seems to be dry and doing great. I will definitely use him again in the future. - J.E.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to give my customers the best job that I can for a fair price. the majority of the prices that I give are for turn key jobs that include materials and labor.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I generally like to inspect the work to be done before giving a quote. Then I will explain to the customer what I see and how I would go about doing the work. Next I will write out an estimate for the job. If the customer wants me to do the work for them we will both sign the contract and the job will be scheduled and done according to the weather and availability of everyone involved

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I am a third generation in this work my grandfather started it and he taught my father who still works today and I was taught by them at an early age by going to work with them and learning with hands on experience
