FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price only becomes an issue in the absence of value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new customers, we strive to make the process as simple and easy as possible for them. Initial contact: The first step is establishing contact with a potential client. This can happen through various channels such as email, phone calls, referrals, or in-person meetings. Needs assessment: Once contact is established, the next step is to understand the client's needs. This involves gathering information about their goals, challenges, and requirements. Proposal or pitch: After understanding the client's needs, you can develop a proposal or pitch that outlines how your products or services can meet those needs. Negotiation and agreement: Once the proposal is presented, there may be a negotiation phase where you discuss and refine the details with the client. Onboarding: After the agreement is signed, the onboarding process begins. This involves setting up necessary accounts, sharing project-related information, introducing key team members, and establishing communication channels. Project execution: Once the onboarding is complete, the actual work begins. This may involve regular meetings, progress updates, and collaboration with the client to ensure the project is on track and meeting their expectations. Delivery and review: Upon completion of the project or delivery of the product, the client is provided with the final outcome.
