We have successfully completed the baseboard repair task we hired to do through this application. However, your negative review pertains to a clogged drain line at your rental property. Upon inspection, we determined that the clog was located in the main drain line of the rental property. To address this issue, we utilized a 50-foot drain snake to clear the affected area. Prior to our departure, we conducted a visual inspection to ensure that the water was draining properly. As a service charge, we incurred $120 for the rental of the drain snake and the visit. Following the initial service, you contacted us regarding the recurrence of the issue. We acknowledged your concern and offered to investigate further. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, we were unable to schedule a visit to resolve the issue at the time. We think that the primary problem was tree roots obstructing the main drain line. This additional issue would have necessitated an additional charge for repair.
