- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices reflects for both of us including setup, travel, clean up. We will consult the client on choosing liquor and drinks and the amount for according to the number of guest attending. Note we are flexible and open to discussion. Also we do not provide liquor. We can provide disposable cups, garish, stirrer, garish and ice if needed for additional surcharge. Also we work a minimum of 3 for our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to have a detailed discussion to make sure your needs and expectations are meet.First, we request the new customer to complete a questionnaire to get all the details for the event. After we reviewed the questionnaire , we do a phone consultation to discuss and refine the details are listed on the questionnaire. Last, R & B will meet with the customers to discuss the details of the event to ensure accuracy and refine any last minutes changes to make sure the event runs smoothly.
