Brisbon understands that every couple's needs are different. If you have specific budget constraints, please discuss them with him during your initial consultation. He will do his best to work with you to create a package that suits your needs. Q: What is the fee for conducting the wedding rehearsal? A: The fee for conducting the wedding rehearsal is $150, which includes a 1-hour rehearsal at the ceremony site. Each additional hour is charged at $50. Q: Do you offer any additional services? A: Yes, Rev. Brisbon offers wedding counseling at $100 per session, as well as meetings and wedding planning services at a rate of $75 per hour. These sessions can be invaluable in helping you create the perfect ceremony and ensuring that every detail is taken care of. Q: Are there any travel fees? A: Travel fees may apply if the ceremony location is more than 30 miles from Rev. Brisbon's home in New Orleans, LA. Booking and Deposit: • If the couple decides to move forward with Rev. Brisbon's services, they will be required to pay a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost to reserve their wedding date. • The couple will also sign a contract outlining the terms of service, including the remaining balance due date and cancellation policy. 3. Ceremony Planning and Customization: • Rev. Brisbon will work closely with the couple to plan and customize their wedding ceremony. • He will provide guidance and suggestions to help them create a ceremony that reflects their unique love story, beliefs, and values. • The couple will have the opportunity to review and provide feedback on the ceremony script to ensure it meets their expectations. 4. Rehearsal: • If the couple has opted for the rehearsal service, Rev. Brisbon will attend and conduct the ceremony rehearsal at the chosen venue. • He will guide the couple, their wedding party, and any other participants through the ceremony process, ensuring everyone is comfortable with their roles and the flow of the event. 5. Wedding Day: • On the day of the wedding, Rev. Brisbon will arrive at the venue early to prepare and ensure everything is in order. • He will officiate the ceremony according to the agreed-upon script, infusing it with his signature warmth, humor, and heartfelt delivery. • After the ceremony, Rev. Brisbon will sign and file the necessary paperwork to legalize the marriage. 6. Follow-up and Keepsake: • Rev. Brisbon will follow up with the couple after the wedding to ensure their satisfaction and to thank them for choosing his services. • As a special keepsake, he will provide the couple with a beautifully bound copy of their ceremony script, serving as a lasting reminder of their special day. Throughout the entire process, Rev. Brisbon maintains open communication with the couple, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
