Ortiz and his team were excellent. They were prompt, safe, communicative, and flexible. Honestly, this is the best experience I've ever had with moving furniture. I tried to choose all five items that describe what I liked working with Ortiz but Thumbtack only lets me pick three. For everyone reading this, I would have also picked "Value" and "Responsiveness"
