I like to get a good sense of the individual both personally and professionally and have their passion, knowledge, and experience show in their resume.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned a dual Associates Degree in Accounting and Business Management (Nunez Community College); a dual Bachelors Degree in Business Management and Business Administration both with a concentration in Human Resources (UNO); and a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor & Employment Law (Tulane Law). I have worked in HR for over 15 years and have even ran a small business. All of this experience has provided me with a great background in people and learning their strengths and weaknesses and assisting them to be their best self, while aligning their vision and a companies to create cohesive teams.
