Not only does each client receive a personalized workout plan and customized meal plan, but you’ll also have access to our online/mobile training app. The Center Core Fitness app provides individualized assigned workouts to you when you are not available for in person training sessions. All workouts are customized according to client goals, fitness level, and everything (from number of sets, repetitions, heaviness of weights, and rest periods) is broken down for you. Visual learner?
