I would think of a thousand things I’d rather do than work out until I started training with Caleb. He’s always got a plan for our session but can easily pivot when he senses I’m not digging the vibe on the gym floor - we’ll tuck into an empty studio or a quiet corner and have a fantastic session with body weight and bands.
Caleb’s a great guy and super chill while being motivational. I would def recommend training with CBA!

As a former Division 1 athlete, I can attest to Caleb’s knowledge and expertise to appropriately programming training for the elite athlete to the beginner. During the training sessions he is completely focused on his clients. Most importantly…you will see results quickly; whether that is building muscle, losing weight or becoming more balanced and athletic. Lastly, he is kind, caring, empathetic and professional.
