Big Easy Environmental Services has been in Business since 2006 servicing hundreds of customers. We have worked on The Old State Capital in Baton Rouge, Dillard’s at The Esplanade and Pottery Barn in Lakeside. Unlike the storm chasing companies we are here to stay. Louisiana owned and operated. I hired Todd to do an air quality test on a house that I wanted to rent . He met me on time , came Into the house and checked everything I needed . He was very knowledgeable . He explained to me various types of mold and also explained how the air quality test worked . The results came in the next day . I am very happy with his service

Great availability and did a good job. I was concerned they didn't discuss pricing before they jumped into the job since we hadn't made an agreement yet. That said, it was a fair price and service was great.

They showed up a little early and got right to work assessing my duct work. They took pictures to show me just how much mold was present and explained the treatment process. We offer very competitive pricing and often are more affordable then the franchise types.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a walk thru inspection and explain the recommended protocol for the required service. Written estimates are always firm and provided.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
State Requirements are 40 hours of class, insurance and ethics. Myself and my employees are all trained by the manufacture of the products I use such as Anabec, Modec and the Indoor Air Quality Association. The DEQ has separate requirements and continuing education for my Asbestos licenses.
