Chasse' was a joy and exactly what I needed for my day long production shoot. She went above and beyond to make sure that my face was ready for anything in the New Orleans summer heat. She stayed with me for the entire day and was not just working on the sidelines, she was engaged in our shoot and my work which made the day even more fun. Chasity was very sweet and professional. It took a lot longer than promised- which made me 90 minutes late for my event and the finished look wasn’t even close to the pictures I had sent. Everything looked pretty- it just wasn’t the look I asked for.

I'm sorry it took longer than expected, but your appointment was at 330pm, and you pushed it back to 4 pm, because you were running behind. Secondly, you bought the wrong type of hair extensions for a high ponytail. Instead, you bought clip ins with the combs connected, which are not made for ponytail hair styles. So yes, it took alot longer than expected. You switched from the picture you sent the day before to a high ponytail but picked up the wrong hair product. Your clips ins were 8 to 10inches longer than your hair, when I suggested 4ins longer. In order to make your hair blend properly, I wanded it to blend your hair length difference. Your husband praised how beautiful you were because you were.
