Please please please make sure yall ask how much grass cost before moving forward! I paid the most I’ve ever in my life for grass cut 😩😩😩 $125 for grass cut.. first time he came $250 to cut down three trees, pulled weeds, and trim/shape 18 bushes 😨 and bagging the trash annnnnndddd cut grass.. 15 years in real estate I never ever paid $125 for all 3 of my investments.. my mom lives in English turn she paid $60 which is 3 times more than mine 😩😩 so I wish the kid the best but $125 naw sorry
