- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the amount and type of junk we remove— we look at how much room your junk will take up in the truck and we’ll also look to see if you have any e-waste or other pieces that require special handling. Our prices are upfront and include all labor and disposal fees. We take things like old furniture, appliances, yard debris, TV’s, hot tubs, even construction materials — just about anything! We are fast, affordable and eco-friendly. We try to recycle and donate as much as possible from every job. We offer free no obligation estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our simple process starts the moment you get in touch with us. We offer a fair estimate and upfront pricing — no worries about hidden fees. About 15 - 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment, we call to let you know we’re on the way. When we arrive, just show us the junk that needs to be removed, and we’ll get to work. We’ll take care of the loading, cleaning and trash removal so that you’ll get the results you want without the headache (and backache!) of doing the heavy work yourself! After the job, we will collect payment and immediately email you a receipt for your records. From start to finish, you can feel comfortable with the process and relieved to have real professionals handling the task.
