This is my first time using a junk removal company and using Thumbtack. I'm satisfied with both. Preston was responsive like the other professionals who responded to the request. He followed up with me even after the quote offering me a slot for a cancellation they had in case I needed the job done sooner. This shed removal also involved part demolition as well, as Hurricane Zeta still left part of the back wall standing. Preston and his assistant arrived on time and took everything as requested in a timely manner.

Fast response time. Called them for some last minute trash removal and they was able to get my job done the same day. Reasonable rates. They accepted paypal which was great because I wasn’t able to be there. And because I wasn’t there they sent pictures after the job was completed.
