FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually suggest to clients that we start with a 3-4 hour time period. This gives us enough time to get to know one another and see how we work together. It's also enough time to get a small project done. Most of my clients work with me on an ongoing basis, tackling projects as time and money allow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone call to discuss your goals. If we feel we are a fit after our initial conversation, we will set up a time to have our first 3-4 hour organizing session. Generally we will work together for several sessions to achieve the changes you'd like to make.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the New York Institute of Art and Design in the field of Interior Design. I am a graduate of Coach Training Alliance, and a certified life coach. I have also attended Coach Approach for Organizers, a coach training program specfically designed for professional organizers. I am a member and trainee at NAPO (National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals).
