Mr. Major was very prompt responding to my calls. He arrived on time and did ok with repairing the issues. However, I have asked him several times for an invoice for insurance & tax purposes. It's been 4 days and many text messages and calls and he refuses to send it. This is very unprofessional. He says he's a licensed contractor with a legit business but doesn't act like it. I will not be using this service again.
