FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because similar items can differ so drastically in assembly time and difficulty, I cannot offer a standardized pricing system. Please request a quote and include as much information as possible so that I can give you a firm price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin by requesting exact information about the items to be assembled—specifically the brand, model number, and condition (new in box, partially assembled, missing parts, etc.)—as well as the time and date that the customer prefers the services to be performed. The more information I have about the items, the easier it is for me to provide a realistic, firm, and reasonable quote, since assembly time and difficulty can differ drastically from one item to another. Pictures are very helpful as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as a professional assembler since 2013, providing assembly services as well as training others in the trade.
