A total fiasco. The first techs that came out forgot some of the heat strip. They were got 5 hours to pick it up and didn't verify it was the correct part, so job was delayed. They took off the door frame for the HVAC closet, when they put it back the did something wrong, now it won't close properly. There are greasy finger prints on the door that we now need to clean. Finally the owner came out and finished the job. We were without A/C for a week.
