- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Flat Rate Pricing for most services and Dispatch/Diagnosis fee of $60-$100 depending on time and location. One thing for sure is you will save tons of money using my services over a large company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself and ask the customer what is happening with their AC. Also i can discuss the services offered.That will give me a good clue where to start looking for the problem. Generally find the problem within 15 mins. then ask the customer if they want to continue work after a diagnosis and price for repair has been established. once agreement is made i finish repair and show customer the AC is working and the work is finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
EPA Certified and NATE Certified. 2 Years of Education plus on the job training. after that 6 Years as a Certified HVAC Technician
