- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always try to keep my prices fair and reasonable. Every home is different, so I usually ask a few questions or offer a walk-through to give an accurate quote. There are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you’ll pay. I also offer discounts for recurring cleanings and sometimes specials for first-time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When someone reaches out, I usually start with a quick conversation to understand what they need—whether it’s a deep clean, a move-out, or regular service. If needed, I can visit the home or ask for photos to give a proper quote. Once we agree on the details, we set a time that works best for you. I bring all the supplies, show up on time, and focus on the areas that matter most to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from years of hands-on experience. I started working in cleaning when I was very young, learning how to clean the right way from some amazing women who took pride in their work. Over time, I developed my own system that’s thorough, efficient, and leaves everything fresh and organized.
