Well, I would like to say that I think that it is awful that I had a "set" appointment with Mr. Dennis with New Orleans Lawn and Garden Service, LLC, and he never showed up: no call, no text, no email, absolutely nothing. And, I called his contact number and messaged him on this site. Dennis never, ever respond, and that was after my husband and I waited at our new home, for him to come (waited 2 hours). We are very disappointed; what a waste of our time, very unprofessional representative of this company.

I hired New Orleans Lawn and Garden for some past-due maintenance, but primarily to re-landscape my front yard. He, his son, and another worker showed up when they said they would and worked well into the evening. The came back the next day with plants that they installed. They noticed that a long planter in front of my terrace was beginning to come apart, and replaced it for me, including new topsoil. I particularly liked Dennis because he listened to me, but also had lots of good suggestions when I asked for them. He and his son were both friendly, good-natured and uncomplaining. I am 100% satisfied with their work and will hire them again for landscaping and yard maintenance.
