Clothes dryer lost power. I did some basic troubleshooting and realized I needed a pro. Wayne responded immediately, was on site in an hour and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He’s my electrical guy going forward!

I messaged Wayne at 8:00 am and he arrived at 9:00am ! Not only did he fix the job right there, he did honest work quoted me an affordable price. My Heat/AC unit went out and Wayne came out to check the problem. He initially quoted me at $900 for the scheduled repair. When he came out to do the actual repair he then requoted me for $3000 saying the job was more difficult than he assessed the first time. Wayne wanted to rewire my entire system seems like. Thank God I got a 2nd quote from Natals Electric service. They came out found the issue and quoted me for $838. I only needed to get the disconnect replaced and a wire changed out. They proceeded to do the job in about 1.5hr and now everything is working properly.

the customer had a 40-amp wire going in his attic to feed a 60 amp air handler with 10 kw heater, also a 35-amp condenser and a 30-amp dryer all together in one circuit,30 amp wire from the disconnect to the air handler half the recommended 60-amp wire needed (A FIRE HAZZARD) this was the problem the wires burnt up in the beginning, the entire wiring In the ac and heater circuit wasn't up to code, a fire Hazzard for his tenant's i recommend not to patch and put a band aid on it. and recommend running all new circuits up to code, to get the home to meet the electrical code, this disconnect box he's referring to was burnt and melted inside , just replacing it with out correcting all the issues and getting everything up to the electrical code could end up with the same results the wire, overheating and melting, it seems he took someone advice from his other electrician to take a short cut and put a band aid on his home, a fire hazard job. unfortunately, he letting other companies put band aids on a home without correcting all his issues as the code requires

What a great experience. I had just had my AC serviced two weeks ago by a well known company and it already failed. This gentleman came out the same day, identified the problem, fixed it in 20-30 minutes. The other company I used took advantage of the fact that I knew nothing about AC issues and quoted ridiculous prices. I will only use ACE electrical going forward. 5 stars all the way.

I posted at 2pm needing someone to come check my ac because my outside unit wasn't running, and it's now 6:15 and the job is done. He called quickly, came out and once he finished the job he was on and fixed the problem.
