- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All packages come with a link to a digital collection of your wedding videos & a USB flash drive containing all footage (edited & unedited.) We also include a highlight video of the entire event. This can be anywhere from a 5 - 10 minute video highlighting the very best footage from the entire night. It is accessible from the main menu. SOME ADDITONAL OPTIONS: Preview video (a mini highlight video set to one song completed within one week of wedding) Additional USB Flash Drive with all video (edited and unedited) Additional hour of filming
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will check to see if your date is available. If it is & you would like to book, we will get some general information about the wedding & send you a contract. Once we receive the signed contract & deposit, your date is locked in. About two weeks before the wedding, we will contact you to go over & finalize all details. If at any point you need to contact us or discuss anything about the wedding, we are available to do so at your convenience.
