- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is a flat rate given at the time of estimate that will never increase if more time is needed to complete the job than expected.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we begin with a walk-through of the space. I'll ask questions to make sure I know exactly what he/she expects out of the service. Most new customers prefer to start with a deep clean, so that we begin with a completely fresh space from top to bottom that can be maintained by a regular servicing from then on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've trained under such cleaning legends as Yelp's "Kleanin' by Kristina" and "Clean Queen's Cleaning Services." I also take pride in staying up to date with all the latest cleaning solutions and technologies. :)
