Per our conversation when I gave you the estimate we had to change a few things up due to the issues in the backyard. You agreed and signed a detailed contract with the scope of work in there. . We proceeded and pictures were sent to you throughout the job. Stating it looks great. During the pour you asked about the walkway which I told you I forgot about and would take care of it for you! Once we came back out and finished the walk way you still did not like it and wanted us to change it and do more work. I came back out and met you at the property to discuss further details on what we can possibly do about that. I stated I will come back out and do it AGAIN and not charge you but ypu have to buy materials. A few weeks went by due to our schedule and customers have paid to get work done. I called you to do a phone order from Lowe's ( which you knew I was going to be calling you) and you didn't answer, I proceeded to move on with my schedule, and a few hours go by and you called back saying I should have bought them and went to go do it. Also I told you I could be there tomorrow ( today 8/28/25) to do it for you if it does not rain. It has been raining since 9am
