I used Kris for Sheetrock repair on a bathroom ceiling and walls in 2 other rooms where TV’s had been removed. He also covered cable and electrical outlets on those walls as well. He did an excellent job - walls and ceiling are flawless. He responded immediately and was punctual which I appreciated. I would definitely use him again.

Appointment was for 1:00 PM. Pro called my cell at 7:50 AM. I didn’t answer because I didn’t recognize the number (out of state area code) and I get a lot of spam and solicitation calls. He did not leave a voicemail or text. At 1:39 he had not shown up so I canceled the appointment. He sent me a message on the app at 2:45 saying “I tried to call you this morning.” I can’t rate his actual work and he may be a skilled person but he didn’t handle communication properly.

Kris went over and beyond to not only fix an issue we suspected but give us a beautiful upgraded bathroom. He was always on time and respectful. He was honest and when the suspected issue was confirmed, he showed us, gave us options and proceeded to fix it. Some people would have went the quicker route and only do what they were hired to do due to the time required to fix the issue. Definitely will hire him again to do updates and other jobs in our home. Also, he was very honest and even though I was mostly home, I didn't have any issue with leaving him here to work which as a homeowner is very important.
