He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and was able to get out to the site the very next day. I'm remote, so I was able to tell him the areas I thought needed looked at, and he diagnosed and gave me a quick quote for everything that needed repair. We decided to focus on just a small very important repair, and he knocked it out quickly and at a very reasonable price.
