- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is considerably lower than most due to being two years into this field. I’m also willing to negotiate because I know how rough the financial situation can be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, then I explain the work order and what’s expected out of the job so that there is no misunderstanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned technical skills such as wiring, cabling, and other similar types of work. The home property restoration field is where my passion is though.
