- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free quotes, i can match or beat anyones prices, i am available for emergencies (afterhours,holidays)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go over the work that needs to be done and address the causes and potential fixes, giving the customer the option (if any) of what they want done with my professional opinion, we can also address preventative measures to ensure it doesnt happen again, i will also point out any other problems i may see that the customer may not notice
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained under 2 master carpenters for about 10 years, they maintain a perfect reputation in lafayette and surrounding areas for over 40 years and im still employed for one of them to this day
