FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is straightforward and customer-focused: 1. Initial Contact: We start by discussing your needs—either through a call or text 2. Project Assessment: Next, I request pictures of the project or schedule an appointment to evaluate it in person. Please note that this step doesn’t necessarily lead to an estimate. Some projects are billed based on an hourly rate, which may be different from what you initially expected. 3. Documentation and Transparency: I use a web-based invoicing and estimating program to streamline the process. All documents, including contracts, can be sent via email or text for your convenience. 4. Contract and Deposit: Every project includes a contract designed to protect you as the customer. A deposit is required to begin work, with the final payment due upon your approval of the completed job. I’m committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent experience for every project. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held different positions in different companies through out my career. These included helper, lead, foreman, supervisor, and Construction Manager. All of these roles have helped me learn how to better serve the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the industry as a 19 year old. I stayed with that company even as I transitioned to the oilfield, working on my days off. I have perfected my trade my whole life by never stopping my learning of new skills. When I left the oilfield after 20+ years, I stepped back into the construction industry with enthusiasm. I now have my own business and ready to help make your home brighter.
