FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk or text about what your needs are. I then like to get either pictures of the project from the customer or set up an appointment to view the project. This does not automatically mean an estimate will be written. Some projects are just based on an hourly rate, so that fee you were thinking of, will not even come into play. I use a web based invoicing and estimating program and I can send all documents by email or text. All projects have a contract that protect the customer. I do require a deposit to get started and final payment when job is approved by the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have held different positions in different companies through out my career. These included helper, lead, foreman, supervisor, and Construction Manager. All of these roles have helped me learn how to better serve the customer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in the industry as a 19 year old. I stayed with that company even as I transitioned to the oilfield, working on my days off. I have perfected my trade my whole life by never stopping my learning of new skills. When I left the oilfield after 20+ years, I stepped back into the construction industry with enthusiasm. I now have my own business and ready to help make your home brighter.
