- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the order and the different types of meet and sides you would like. We also have servers if needed for your event at an extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically give you a call and ask about the event so we can get a good grasp of what you need. Our specialty is smoked BBQ but we do so much more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by catering family functions and it took off from there. I started with small parties and now with our 500 gallon smoker we can do any job.
