- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is key with us. We contact customers, send out a contract that secures the date for the event, and then ask for the special songs (weddings) and 20 to 30 songs that the customer would like to hear at the event. We are always happy to make suggestions if the customer is having problems finding songs, vendors, etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a variety of customers. Weddings, Corporations, Nightclubs, Bars, Universities, High Schools, and many more!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You typically get what you pay for in this business. Be wary of a DJ who is willing to play for cheap, as it usually means that they have little to no experience and could be using your event as a learning process! Music is the key element that ties your event together. Make sure you put it in the hands of someone like us, who takes music and your event seriously.
