I recently hired Touched By Ty2 for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was top-notch. They were responsive, professional, and worked with my schedule to set up an appointment.
On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the task. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how thorough they were. They took the time to address everything , from the dusty corners of my living room to the grimy tiles in the bathroom.
What stood out the most was how friendly and respectful they were. They made sure to handle all of my belongings with care and even asked for my preferences regarding certain areas. It was clear that they take pride in their work and genuinely want to provide a great service.
When they finished, I could hardly recognize my own home! Everything was sparkling clean, and it felt so refreshing. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they exceeded them.
